Job Summary

Design and architect RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop, including UI/web automation, Excel automation, and file handling/data updates. Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, deliver functional specifications and detailed designs, and ensure solutions are scalable, extensible, and supported through documentation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and architect RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
•Automate UI/web processes, Excel tasks, and file handling/data updates.
•Build unattended and attended BOTs with exception handling and logging.
•Integrate RPA workflows with different service areas using REST APIs and custom connectors.
•Deliver end-to-end automation lifecycle including documentation, monitoring, productive support, and scalable/extensible designs.

Key Requirements

•Design and architect RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
•Build unattended and attended BOTs with exception handling and logging.
•Have strong knowledge of REST APIs and custom connectors.
•Understand Power Platform licensing, environment setup, and the Power Platform Admin Center.
•Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and detailed level designs.
