Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepares, examines, negotiates, and revises contracts; ensures terms align with management goals, policies, procedures, and contract compliance requirements.
  • •Reviews incoming requests and develops contract terms and conditions, incorporating clarifications/amendments into final contracts.
  • •Generates, maintains, and audits a central contract-resource file and ensures procedural controls exist.
  • •Supports proposal preparation by examining task order requirements, preparing bids, and analyzing terms and conditions for risk, accuracy, and completeness.
  • •Leads contract administration activities, including documentation and reporting, deliverable submissions/tracking, and preparing REAs for service contracts and CBA annual adjustments.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •Bachelor's Degree plus two years of experience, or High School Diploma with five years relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelors' degree.
  • •Experience supporting prime-contract types including FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable (and hybrids).
  • •Experience negotiating and processing contract modifications/options and handling contract terminations and closeout procedures.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS, GSA Federal Schedules, Federal IDIQ, GWAC contracts, and supplemental acquisition regulations (including REA drafting and Service Contract Act Reporting).
