Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop salaried and hourly teams across warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics; set expectations, coach, and ensure accountability.
  • •Manage daily warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations, ensuring efficient movement of materials between facilities and customer distribution networks.
  • •Own inventory accuracy and controls, including tracking, reporting, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and inventory reduction initiatives to improve cash flow.
  • •Oversee third-party transportation providers for inbound and outbound freight, ensuring safety, service, cost, and performance expectations are met.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company safety, food safety requirements, GMPs, HACCP standards, and applicable laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations.
  • •Experience leading salaried and hourly employees in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), plus knowledge of OSHA, GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards.
