Lead multi-store operations for Forge & Build by overseeing sales, profitability, inventory control, budgets, and expense management. Drive strategic plans to hit P&L and KPI goals, ensure operational excellence (policies, merchandising, procedures), and uphold safety standards across assigned locations. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers while conducting regular store visits and resolving escalated customer concerns using strong customer service leadership.
