Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver security functions in line with current HSE regulations and relevant legislation.
  • •Provide a highly visible security presence across hospital buildings, car parks, and site boundaries.
  • •Carry out foot patrols, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and incidents.
  • •Act as a first-line emergency responder using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
  • •Operate security and control room systems (CCTV, body worn video, radios, and alarm panels) and complete incident reports and logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a customer-facing security role, ideally within healthcare or a similar environment.
  • •Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
  • •Valid SIA CCTV licence.

  • •Flexible towards shift changes at short notice to meet operational needs.
