Key Requirements

  • •Have a Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE/PGDE) in Inclusion or an equivalent field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience teaching Inclusion, ideally within an IB curriculum school.
  • •Strong alignment with the IB philosophy and commitment to the IB Learner Profile values.
  • •Preferred: experience teaching IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP); outstanding teachers from any curriculum background are encouraged.
  • •Strong desire to continually improve practice and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
