Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages/portals. Build integrations using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure/Microsoft 365 services, including secure authentication and scalable integration patterns. Lead the full development lifecycle, configure ALM and CI/CD with Git and Azure DevOps, support UAT and end-user training, and continuously optimize existing solutions for performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps and Power Pages/portals.
•Build and optimize automated workflows with Power Automate, including error handling and concurrency control.
•Develop solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and integrations via REST APIs and third-party systems.
•Lead end-to-end delivery (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support), including UAT and end-user training.
•Implement integration governance and DevOps practices, including ALM best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and solution performance optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of end-to-end application development experience.
•3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
•Strong expertise in Dataverse, APIs, SQL, and data integration.
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (2–3 years minimum).
