Job Summary

Lead techno-functional work in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), supporting implementations and OTM Release Cloud versions. Key Responsibilities

•Support implementations and/or projects related to OTM, including OTM Release Cloud versions.
•Apply deep technical and functional knowledge across OTM modules such as order management, finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
•Create mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems; translate functional specs into design specs for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
•Write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks.
•Handle support/tickets and leverage ServiceNow when needed.

Key Requirements

•Functional and techno-functional experience in OTM.
•Strong knowledge of OTM application modules including order management, OTM finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
•Ability to prepare mapping documents for integrating OTM with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems, and translate functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
•Proficiency in writing SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks.
•Hands-on experience with OTM lifecycle/implementation and OTM architecture; experience in support/ticket handling is needed.
