Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementations and/or projects related to OTM, including OTM Release Cloud versions.
  • •Apply deep technical and functional knowledge across OTM modules such as order management, finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
  • •Create mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems; translate functional specs into design specs for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
  • •Write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks.
  • •Handle support/tickets and leverage ServiceNow when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Functional and techno-functional experience in OTM.
  • •Strong knowledge of OTM application modules including order management, OTM finance, shipment management, and automation agents.
  • •Ability to prepare mapping documents for integrating OTM with EDI, WMS, order management, and finance systems, and translate functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre.
  • •Proficiency in writing SQL statements for automation agents and other technical tasks.
  • •Hands-on experience with OTM lifecycle/implementation and OTM architecture; experience in support/ticket handling is needed.
