•Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
•Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
