Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute strategic initiatives or projects to drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational priorities.
•Manage business projects end-to-end, including process optimization, operating model enhancements, incentive program design, and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
•Partner with regional Product and Operations teams to define business requirements, influence product roadmaps, and support feature launches and adoption.
•Use data-driven insights to identify performance gaps, recommend solutions, and support strategic decision-making.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, business strategy, or e-commerce/internet/technology-related industries.
•Proven experience leading strategic projects from problem identification and analysis through solution design and execution with measurable business impact.
•Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills to translate complex business challenges into actionable initiatives and drive end-to-end execution.
•Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
