Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor the Talent Advisory team providing research, data, and product-related solutions for Human Capital Solutions clients.
  • •Supervise service delivery excellence and ensure operational efficiency, quality, talent development, and continuous improvement.
  • •Manage operations end-to-end including work allocation, skill building, quality assurance, and indicators/metrics management.
  • •Partner with onshore customers and product partners to meet expectations for delivery, quality, and timelines; build a strong research practice.
  • •Translate business goals into individual goals, set targets, manage capability and back-up coverage, and drive career paths and development goals.

Key Requirements

  • •University studies completed and proficient in English.
  • •Strong project management skills with prior project leadership delivering medium-to-high impact outcomes.
  • •Ability to coach and mentor, and handle large/diverse teams while managing service delivery across clients and locations.
  • •Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office, advanced MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint; leverage technology to improve efficiencies and quality.
