Key Responsibilities

  • •Service, maintain, repair, diagnose, and rebuild Epiroc equipment across underground and surface mining environments.
  • •Carry out specialised repairs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and RCS systems.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex equipment faults and provide high-level technical product support to customers.
  • •Support heavy mobile plant equipment rebuilds and provide regional technical support.
  • •Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with Epiroc and customer SHEQ/WHS requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical/Heavy Diesel trade qualification (dual trade or Auto Electrical experience highly regarded).
  • •Experience working with underground drilling equipment.
  • •Strong understanding of Simba operations and RCS4 systems, including diagnosing electrical faults and tuning drills to suit ground conditions.
  • •Customer-facing experience with preventative and breakdown maintenance capability.
  • •Experience with heavy mobile plant equipment rebuilds and/or Rotary blast hole drill experience (highly regarded).
