Sales & Service Lead - Domkloster, Cologne

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by assessing guest connection and product education, coaching associates to close gaps, and strengthening client relationships daily. Use reports and metrics to develop strategies, support action plans, and identify growth opportunities. Partner with Operations & Visual Leads to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities, while also overseeing store openings/closings and leading the team.
