Job Summary

Build and evolve real-time fraud decisioning services and APIs, extending a fraud decisioning system into markets beyond the US. Own quarterly goals for an engineering team, lead through ambiguity, and help scale fraud protection internationally. Integrate region-specific risk vendors, operationalize ML/AI signals, and support production availability through metrics, escalation, and on-call rotation. Partner across Product, Compliance, ML, Analytics, and Fraud Strategy.

•Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity and ensuring support throughout delivery.
•Design and implement real-time fraud decisioning services and APIs in Python or Kotlin to extend the system to new markets.
•Build and evolve platform tooling that enables launching fraud decisioning in a new country quickly and repeatably.
•Integrate region-specific fraud and risk vendors and operationalize ML/AI signals powering real-time decisioning.
•Support operations and availability by creating/monitoring metrics, escalating when needed, and contributing to on-call efforts.
