Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, resolve and proactively finalize claims within authority limits ensuring settlement at an optimum level
  • •Monitor employees’ compensation claims to minimize settlement
  • •Handle EC litigated claims and resolve enquiries from customers and external contacts to deliver focused claims service
  • •Ensure claims procedures and documentation adhere to group claims management requirements and best practice
  • •Build relationships with stakeholders and achieve compromised settlements to conclude cases promptly and avoid litigation

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder; tertiary education in Insurance, Business Administration or Legal
  • •ANZIIF/ACII would be an asset
  • •Over 2 years EC claims management experience
  • •Experience in managing legal claims is highly preferred
  • •Knowledge of Employees’ Compensation Ordinance; good command of English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
