Lead Field Service Technician

Lead and support field service activities for building automation systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, maintain and repair advanced control systems, sensors, and energy management technologies, and minimize customer downtime. Guide and mentor junior technicians through technical coaching and training.
