Serve as a trusted advisor in the Key Private Client Program, managing the end-to-end client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver tailored recommendations by referring appropriate investment and insurance solutions. Build a referral pipeline through prospecting and relationship development, partner with branch teams and business lines, and support branch operations and compliance requirements.
