Key Responsibilities

•Act as a senior HR expert for complex employee relations matters across allocated countries, providing guidance on performance management, misconduct, investigations, and terminations.
•Navigate nuanced local legal frameworks to ensure compliance while supporting business objectives.
•Draft and scale country-specific HR documentation, leveraging AI and automation to streamline updates and delivery.
•Respond to HR questions via tickets when Lifecycle Operations teams can’t resolve them, and provide internal training to increase HR knowledge.
•Continuously audit workflows, analyze recurring ticket trends, and lead People Services and cross-functional projects to improve response times and service quality.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of ER & HR generalist experience, including complex and high-risk cases such as investigations, PIPs, and terminations.
•Deep employee relations expertise across multiple countries, with practical hands-on experience supporting internal stakeholders and external clients.
•Cross-country HR experience with a global focus (APAC/EMEA/AMER/LATAM) and strong cultural awareness of local HR practices.
•Exceptional communication skills to translate complex employment topics into practical advice in writing and conversations.
•Digitally savvy and AI-literate, with practical experience using AI tools to accelerate drafting, research, and data analysis.
