Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and harmonize global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and embed them into an audit framework for global consistency with local onboarding support.
  • •Own the global operational audit cadence and reporting, ensuring process compliance and feeding findings into the continuous improvement framework.
  • •Implement standardized inventory control and quality assurance (cycle counting, reconciliation, defect tracking) to ensure high inventory accuracy.
  • •Design and govern a 3PL performance management framework (QBRs, scorecards, SLA adherence, cost-to-serve metrics) and support logistics RFP validation of operational readiness.
  • •Lead continuous improvement across the DC network (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) and develop business cases (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, capacity uplift) for automation, layout optimizations, and process redesigns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain & Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •7+ years of progressive experience in logistics engineering, warehouse operations management, or operational excellence across multi-site distribution networks.
  • •Proven track record managing and optimizing multi-facility 3PL partnerships globally (or across major regions).
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus, or demonstrated mastery in Kaizen, process mapping, root-cause problem solving, and standard work.
  • •Strong omni-channel understanding and cross-functional leadership to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate with external logistics partners.
