Job Summary

Coordinate governance and transformation efforts across Allianz Partners Austria and South Eastern Europe, serving as an interface between internal and external stakeholders. •Provide support to the managing director and wider leadership team, including ad-hoc requests.
•Draft and prepare communications materials such as PowerPoint presentations, decision proposals, and steering dashboards.
•Support local top management in budgeting/planning, tracking, and analyzing financials and sales revenues.
•Ensure effective execution of projects and strategic initiatives related to performance and digital transformation, and track governance processes.
•Manage meetings and web conferences, including agenda preparation, action tracking, follow-ups, and steering audit/compliance requests.

Key Requirements

•Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with Board and senior management.
•Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), with an additional language (e.g., Hungarian, Romanian, or Croatian) as a plus.

•Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Management.
