Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform deeper L1 troubleshooting, including interface utilization/errors analysis.
  • •Check routing health (static routes, OSPF neighbour status), VPN tunnel state, and verify firewall rules (read-only).
  • •Own incident tickets until resolution or justified escalation.
  • •Coordinate with ISPs to troubleshoot WAN link issues such as CRC errors, flaps, and latency.
  • •Assist in executing standard changes (e.g., port configuration, VLAN assignment) and support planned maintenance with pre-/post-validation.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of NOC/Network Operations experience.
  • •Good understanding of routing/switching, VLANs, WLAN basics, and VPN concepts.
