  • •Serve as the lead finance business partner to Product and Engineering leadership, linking strategy to financial plans and performance actions
  • •Own full product line P&L support including revenue, margin, operating income, and profitability drivers
  • •Evaluate new product development and engineering investments using business cases, return analysis, and scenario modeling
  • •Lead Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and forecast processes for Product and Engineering
  • •Provide financial leadership for SG&A and CAPEX planning and develop KPIs to improve visibility and investment effectiveness
