Job Summary

Serve as a senior finance business partner for Stanley Engineered Fastening, directly supporting VP Product Management and VP Engineering across Industrial and Automotive verticals. Own full product line P&L, drive investment analysis and performance management, and develop KPIs to improve visibility and execution. Lead Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and forecasting for Product & Engineering, including SG&A and CAPEX planning, while evaluating new product development and engineering investments using business cases and scenario modeling.

•Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to link strategy to financial plans and performance actions.

•Lead Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and forecasting processes for Product and Engineering.
•Provide financial leadership for SG&A and CAPEX planning tied to product and engineering priorities.

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related degree.
•10+ years of relevant financial work experience focused on product development and engineering strategy.

•Fluent German and English skills.
