Key Responsibilities

•Conduct data analysis for TikTok global e-commerce products across creators/merchants, content e-commerce, promotion tools, shoptap, and transaction flow.
•Design and analyze A/B tests; evaluate product optimizations, campaign performance, metric fluctuations, and client-side version updates.
•Analyze country-specific factors affecting optimization and growth, and propose actionable product improvement solutions.
•Collaborate with product managers, operations, engineering, and algorithm teams to implement data-driven strategies and deliver measurable impact.
•Build and maintain e-commerce product metric systems, working with data engineering teams to construct pipelines and dashboards for business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
•Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
•Strong statistics foundation with hands-on experience in A/B testing, regression analysis, and causal inference.
•Strong data visualization skills; able to communicate analytical insights through dashboards and reports.
•Results-driven, self-motivated, accountable, and an effective team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
