Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business development strategy through prospect/customer/competitor benchmarking and needs/competitive analysis.
  • •Drive new business development opportunities into adjacent markets, technologies, or supply options and support commercialization activities.
  • •Deliver revenue growth and generate profit through penetration of packaging markets; prospect new customers and opportunities aligned with Amcor’s portfolio.
  • •Develop business plans including financial analysis, competitive analysis, and value proposition; translate market research into actionable concepts.
  • •Build external networks with influencers and decision makers, manage relationship development (including cold calling), and partner with Account Managers for customer handoff and transition.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; Master’s in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
  • •5–8 years of experience in strategic business development, value assessment, and executing growth opportunities.
  • •Proven B2B business development and commercial success in the local Thai market.
  • •Experience negotiating and strong influencing and persuasion skills.
  • •Solid technical aptitude in packaging materials and processes (e.g., resins, barrier materials, and other competitive packaging mediums).
