Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a primary troubleshooter for complex needs in the branch.
  • •Coach tellers while ensuring efficient, effective, and accurate teller functions in an in-person setting.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including teller scheduling, observing/coaching, and ensuring branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Balance cash drawer within guidelines and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities, use financial wellness tools, and transition clients to a banker as appropriate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization (required).
