Depot Service Technician II

Provide technical assistance for the maintenance and repair of warm and cold laboratory equipment, serving as a primary customer contact for LSS service needs. Perform precision diagnostic troubleshooting using measuring tools, schematics, and metrology instrumentation. Install equipment and execute IQ/OQ/PQ, validations, and equipment qualifications, including calibration and preventive maintenance. Complete work orders and participate in an on-call rotation, with domestic and international travel up to 50%.
