•Drive long-term industrial structure improvements using Lean tools and analyze operational/financial results to define action plans and budget contributions.

•15 years of experience minimum in industry (production, supply chain, engineering)
•demonstrated experience in people management and leading complex industrial operations
•Mastery of Lean practices and continuous improvement tools
