Manager, Employee Relations Services

Manage Global Employee Relations support for performance management across a matrixed organization. Partner closely with People Business Partners, employment law, compliance, and business stakeholders to administer performance processes, assist employees and managers with tools, and guide resolution of performance-related concerns. Coordinate coaching plan documentation and manager training on best practices, and help drive process improvements that enhance employee experience, fairness, and compliance.
