Job Summary

Lead and oversee the project HSE program across all phases, aligned with ADNOC policies, UAE regulations, and international standards. Drive HSE excellence through active involvement with project leadership, PMT, and safety steering meetings. Manage risk assessment (RAMS), ensure HSE requirements are included in tender packages, review contractor HSE plans, and set KPIs. Guide training, incident notification/corrective actions, emergency response procedures, and emergency drills.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all aspects of the project HSE program to achieve project HSE objectives.
•Engage project leadership and governance forums (e.g., Safety Steering Team) to develop, review, and endorse HSE systems, programs, and procedures.
•Develop and implement project Risk Assessment Management System (RAMS) and ensure HSE best practices are applied.
•Ensure HSE requirements are included in Invitation to Tender packages; participate in tender evaluations and review contractor HSE plans.
•Establish incident notification/reporting, track corrective actions, oversee HSE performance data and KPIs, and develop emergency response procedures and drills.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent.
•Master’s degree in management or equivalent.
•Minimum 20+ years’ experience in the oil & gas sector, including at least 10 years of HSE experience and 7 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
•In possession of current internationally recognized professional certification (e.g., Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar).
•Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards and ability to communicate effectively.
