Key Responsibilities

•Capitalize and lead end-to-end launch strategies for new fulfillment centers and major retrofits, including multi-million-dollar CapEx ownership and timeline execution.
•Define network-wide standards for storage capacity, vertical space utilization, and layout engineering; integrate advanced automation (AS/RS, robotics, conveyor systems) to improve density and throughput.
•Lead data-driven layout overhauls using CAD/SketchUp modeling and predictive analytics aligned to inventory health and velocity forecasts.
•Establish engineering metrics, predictive throughput models, and Power BI/SQL frameworks to synthesize operational data for executive governance.
•Serve as primary technical liaison across executive leadership, operations, tech teams, and tier-1 automation vendors; manage vendor relationships, negotiate SLAs, and mitigate deployment risks.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, fulfillment network planning, or large-scale logistics program management.

•Experience scoping, budgeting, and deploying $5M+ greenfield or automation-heavy brownfield capital projects.
•Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp for facility layout design, plus data extraction/modeling skills (SQL, Power BI, Python, or FlexSim).
•Ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage high-performing project teams in complex, ambiguous cross-functional environments.
