Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, and drive sales with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support store operations and inventory processes while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
