Field Station Development Representative (FSDR)

Manage multi-season field-testing programs at a 60-acre research farm in Madera, California, designing and executing trials to evaluate crop protection products for efficacy and safety. Oversee planting, treatment applications, agronomic practices, and harvest evaluations while collecting, entering, and analyzing data in specialized agricultural software. Present results to internal teams, support product development and commercial demonstrations, maintain field station operations, and represent the company at industry events.
