Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, teardown, and rebuild hydraulic LRU’s returned from the field for repair or overhaul.
  • •Ensure correct execution of work using proper tooling, documentation, and component maintenance manual (CMM) procedures.
  • •Perform visual inspections to identify defective items and handle them according to established procedures.
  • •Utilize shop test equipment and gauges to test assemblies/sub-assemblies and interpret drawings during the repair process.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules and 5S; assist with process improvements and cross-training.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience in detail manufacturing, assembling complex components.
  • •Ability to assemble, teardown, and rebuild hydraulic LRU’s for repair or overhaul.
  • •Proficiency interpreting and using drawings, including wiring diagrams and testing schematics.
  • •Ability to use hand tools and shop test equipment to test assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • •Must be able to comply with ITAR requirements related to information or access to hardware.
