Job Summary

Administer incentive compensation plans, including design and modeling, eligibility management, payment calculation, reporting, auditing, and governance control. Collaborate with lending, deposit, business development, and business unit leaders to process payment requests and resolve disputed eligibility or calculation errors. Serve as a liaison across Executive Management, Risk & Compliance, HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure compliant plan design and delivery, and support audit and risk reviews through analysis and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer incentive compensation plans, including eligibility management, payment calculation, reporting and analysis, and plan auditing.
•Partner with business stakeholders to process incentive payment requests and resolve disputed eligibility and calculation errors.
•Contribute to design and modeling of incentive compensation plans, including development of software/processes for eligibility and payment calculation.
•Ensure incentive payment submissions comply with bank policies and maintain accurate documentation, including monthly reporting and audit/risk materials.
•Research regulatory and legislative requirements and compile/analyze data to support trend analysis and total rewards planning and evaluation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of related experience in a similar field.
•Bachelor's degree in a related field.
•Entry level to intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations and rules.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, SQL, VBA, or Visio.
•Prior Workday experience and/or Varicent incentive compensation platform experience is strongly preferred.
