Job Summary

Teach precise, progressive group Reformer Pilates classes for beginner through advanced clients, delivering a consistent Bodytree method across all studios. As a founding instructor, shape teaching standards, mentor new instructors, and help refine programming as the brand grows across the GCC. Build lasting client relationships, uphold premium studio and equipment standards, and continuously improve through Bodytree Academy training, workshops, and peer observation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead group Reformer Pilates classes across all levels with clear anatomical cueing, deliberate progression, and timely start/finish.
•Observe and adapt in real time for injury, pregnancy, mobility limitations, and experience level without disrupting the class flow.
•Deliver the Bodytree Method consistently while maintaining your own voice and personality.
•Build client relationships by learning names, tracking progress, remembering injuries, and following up to improve retention.
•Uphold studio standards by resetting and cleaning equipment, checking springs, reporting issues immediately, and participating in ongoing training and peer observation.

Key Requirements

•Comprehensive Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized school (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Romana's, or equivalent), with comprehensive training strongly preferred.
•Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to certify before your start date).
•500+ hours of consistent group Reformer instruction in a boutique or premium studio.
•Strong anatomical understanding—able to explain why cues work to both physiotherapists and first-time clients.
•Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule, plus fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).
