Key Responsibilities

•Provide qualified, professional, and technical advice to customers and support after implementation projects
•Prepare requirements analyses and effort estimates; conceive business processes and implement them with SAP SuccessFactors, considering integration aspects and technologies
•Manage, plan, and implement module and integration tests; conduct internal and external training with documentation using SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks
•Develop decision templates for customer decision-makers; coordinate and enforce standards; deliver customer/user presentations and workshops at management level in English and German
•Contribute to know-how development and participate in internal knowledge management across local and global teams

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or equivalent professional experience
•5+ years of consulting and implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors
•Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking with successful projects
•Experience with SAP Solution Manager or similar ticketing tools
•Very good German and English language skills and strong presentation abilities
