Assistant Plant Controller, Finance Team Lead

Partner with the finance team supporting the Russellville Plant and Supply Chain Finance by performing complex financial analysis and presenting insights to management. Own variance communication (labor, yield loss, materials usage, product costs, overhead), contribute to forecasting and annual planning, and support month-end close. Collaborate with continuous improvement and operations on cost-savings projects, assist with audits, and lead less experienced staff on ad hoc initiatives.
