Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the project brief and delivery approach aligned to client and programme objectives.
  • •Establish and run project governance, manage scope/schedule/budget, and actively control risks and issues across the lifecycle.
  • •Create and refine project plans and estimates (resources, costs, durations), including change management and delivery checkpoints.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and third-party partners to align on deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and reporting.
  • •Drive transition to BAU and complete closeout activities, including acceptance criteria, lessons learned, and project documentation archiving.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant proven project management experience (8+ years), preferably in Financial Services with Cards and Payments.
  • •Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • •Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and governance leadership.
  • •Strong understanding of project lifecycles, governance, financial control, and transition to BAU.
  • •Professional proficiency in English and Italian (verbal and written).
