Key Requirements

  • •MS (or equivalent) in engineering or science with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • •Expertise in on-wafer metrology, including optical thin film metrology and/or X-ray based metrology.
  • •Experience working on metrology applications using optical film metrology techniques in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Preferably skilled in optical thin film metrology techniques such as Ellipsometry, Scatterometry, and Reflectometry.
  • •Willingness to learn application of new metrology techniques and support process-focused development with process teams.
