•Develop collaborative models aligned to merchants’ short- and long-term development plans.

•Provide consultative strategy and operational support across content, merchandising, and logistics solutions for sellers.
•Share TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities with active sellers.

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in e-commerce business with experience across both platform and brand/merchant sides.
•Track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Strong ability to collaborate across teams and solve business growth challenges.
•Preferred: Familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce; strong connections with brands and distributors.
