Job Summary

Drive business process engineering initiatives by analyzing current methodologies, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and redesigning, reconstructing, and monitoring processes to improve effectiveness. Work across Field and Channel processes in multiple markets to find opportunities and pursue global standardization. Act as a communication bridge between market SPOCs and internal teams, partner with global process engineers and digital innovation for automation, and lead end-to-end projects with appropriate governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify customer needs and analyze existing processes to determine strengths, weaknesses, and solution opportunities.
•Optimize overall operations by redesigning, reconstructing, and monitoring processes to ensure effectiveness.
•Evaluate Field and Channel processes across markets to identify opportunities and drive global standardization.
•Create a communication bridge between market SPOCs and teams including CCC, CC, Supply Chain, IST, and Finance.
•Lead end-to-end projects/initiatives and support automation solutions by partnering with global business process engineers and the digital innovation team.

Key Requirements

•Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
•Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management).
•Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required.
•PM (Project Management) certification is preferred.
•Experience using best practices for business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurement, and change management.
