Support the Digital Clients Service team by delivering excellent customer service to clients across Asia Pacific through multiple contact channels. Build strong clienteling relationships, execute client outreach initiatives, and drive sales using effective clienteling practices. Understand customer needs, resolve service and product issues, and assist customers through the e-commerce purchase process and aftersales support. Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently address customer concerns.
