Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and demonstrating the impact of the role
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand the client relationship
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities in client conversations and transition clients to the appropriate advisor or provide tailored recommendations
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while participating in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience)
  • •Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking
  • •Cash-handling experience
  • •General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms
