Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop automated solutions for production processes from concept through production in partnership with design and manufacturing teams.
  • •Drive DFM/DFA for automation to develop products ready for high-rate production.
  • •Conduct automation audits and implement improvements to throughput, quality, cost, and safety.
  • •Design, develop, and implement robust automated manufacturing processes, including control plans and work instructions.
  • •Perform root cause analysis on defects and process inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions, including evaluating new automation technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • •4+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering with a focus on automation.
  • •Experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably NX or similar.
  • •Solid DFM/DFA knowledge and experience applying it to automated production.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
