Job Summary

Establish, operate, and continuously evolve an enterprise Data and AI governance framework to ensure data and AI solutions meet ethical standards, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity expectations, and internal policies. Serve as the enterprise authority by translating responsible AI principles and regulatory risk into practical controls across the AI/data lifecycle. Partner with Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business leaders to balance innovation, speed, and risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide Data and AI governance frameworks, standards, and operating models covering data management, analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions.
•Establish governance structures, decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability models across the Data and AI lifecycle.
•Operationalize governance controls across AI system architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
•Embed Responsible AI principles and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, cybersecurity standards, and internal policies; lead AI and data risk assessments and model assurance reviews.
•Define and enforce AI and data lifecycle management standards (training data governance, model validation, monitoring/drift detection, explainability, decommissioning) and develop governance tooling, templates, and playbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,360 - 204,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Law, Ethics, or related) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Experience in data governance, AI governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or advanced analytics environments.
•Proven experience defining and operating governance frameworks in large, regulated enterprises.
•Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML development lifecycles and data platforms to translate regulatory and ethical requirements into practical controls.
•Experience partnering with legal, compliance, audit, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams.
