Job Summary

Lead and scale the Investor Relations function as the primary liaison to the investment community. Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to craft the company’s investor narrative, translating complex financial performance and SaaS metrics into clear messaging. Own quarterly earnings preparation and calls, investor marketing (roadshows, investor days, conferences), and monitoring of investor sentiment and disclosures in collaboration with Legal, Communications, and Finance.

•Lead quarterly earnings preparation and calls, including financial scriptwriting, Q&A prep, and analyst engagement.
•Own investor marketing strategies (non-deal roadshows, investor days, conferences) and ensure public financial disclosures meet regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic communications, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
•Deep understanding of financial modeling, SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, CAC, LTV), and capital markets.
•Experience engaging with public investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
•Proven ability to craft compelling investor narratives and deliver executive-level presentations.
•Strong EQ and executive presence, with excellent communication skills across mediums and audiences.
