Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees in designated swimming areas during posted business hours.
  • •Maintain lifeguard readiness and perform artificial resuscitation (mouth-to-mouth) and CPR when needed.
  • •Set up and maintain pool/beach safety equipment including flotation devices, flags, rescue surfboard/boat, first-aid kit, and posted business hours.
  • •Keep designated swimming areas free of engine-driven boats, windsurfers, and sea bikes, and keep swimmers/snorkelers out of hazardous zones.
  • •Respond to emergencies within the hotel/resort swimming and pool area and supervise/log windsurfers, sailing boats, and sea bikes activities.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • •Must be a certified lifeguard from any world lifeguard association with active status.
  • •Graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education.
  • •Excellent English language skills (written, speaking, and reading).
  • •Excellent communication skills; flexible, reliable, and a team player.
