  • •Determine proper insurance program structure (layer attachment, terms, conditions, pricing) and make recommendations to bind, decline, or non-renew coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Analyze applications and financial documents, including company management, prospects, legal structure, and outstanding litigation within established underwriting guidelines.
  • •Determine appropriate insurance program terms, pricing, and coverage (including layer attachment) and make decisions to decline or non-renew coverage.
  • •5+ years related experience as a D&O, EPL and/or E&O Underwriter (preferred).
  • •Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, E&O, and Crime insurance underwriting policies and practices.
  • •Communicate complex underwriting concepts and apply advanced negotiation skills across stakeholders using phone, email, and in-person interactions.
