Specialist, Small Market Management Liability Underwriting – E&S/S (E-Risk Services)

Assess complex management liability risk and independently determine, price, and negotiate appropriate coverage terms for small-market accounts. Analyze applications, financial documents, litigation, and governance/regulatory environments to support underwriting decisions and account servicing, including mid-term endorsements and claim activity actions. Work toward territory production and loss ratio goals by monitoring industry trends, marketing products, and maintaining profitable broker relationships. Provide training and mentoring to underwriting team members.
