Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with development engineers, commodity teams, and suppliers to create innovative PCB solutions.
  • •Assess and qualify PCB suppliers, contributing to PCB commodity strategy and participating in supplier selection.
  • •Take part in technical and process audits of suppliers as needed.
  • •Lead PCB failure analysis and drive containment, corrective actions, and risk assessment.
  • •Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and effectively communicate technical concepts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of PCB manufacturing experience.
  • •B.S. in Engineering/Chemistry/Material or equivalent degree.
  • •Strong understanding of PCB design specifications and requirements, including qualification, fabrication, test, and related materials (laminates and resins) and reliability.
  • •Proficiency in failure analysis techniques including FMEA, 8D/Corrective Action, Fishbone IFD, Cause and Effect Analysis, DOE, and risk assessment.
  • •Experience managing supplier relationships and implementing corrective actions and quality control measures.
