Key Responsibilities

  • •Go onsite to meet customer analysts, understand critical questions, and identify key pain points.
  • •Engage with customer problems and workflows to identify relevant datasets and integrate them into stable, extensible pipelines with Forward Deployed Engineers.
  • •Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
  • •Lead training sessions and present results and future proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
  • •Embed with software engineering and product design teams to incorporate field learnings into cross-Palantir product offerings and scope new engagements in emerging industries and locations.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
  • •Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL).
  • •Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
  • •Analytical mindset and sharp intuition for product with strong user empathy.
  • •Ability to travel 25–75% as required by location and team.
